I believe in the fight or flight …
The fight or flight response, also known as the acute stress response, is a physiological reaction that occurs in response to a perceived threat or stressor. It's a natural defense mechanism that prepares the body to either confront the threat (fight) or flee from it (flight).
This response is meant to be a temporary solution to help us respond to immediate dangers, but chronic activation of the fight or flight response can have negative consequences for our physical and mental health.
