No matter who you hire,no matter what skin colour they have it makes no difference as all candidates undergo years of training to be pilots or air traffic controllers.
@Entwistle well I had one just now tell me that it doesn't work like that, they said that DEI hire means you just hire anyone off the street that fits into DEI hire version and put them behind a desk and say go at it.
Even if we never had plane crashes before and dei worked just fine and it's only now we have crashes but whatever. That's what I was told
@Entwistle they really are, they really do believe that they just hire anyone and doesn't have to pass tests. They just stick them behind a computer and tell them to go direct planes around.
Then they actually told me that it's good the dept of education was abolished because they found me stupid for mentioning that air traffic controllers had to pass rigorous tests in the first place.
