Those guards who beat that prisoner to death in prison while he was in chains

Should be charged with assault and murder and abuse of power and all kinds of things.. not "let go" from their jobs.. this is BS .. guards in prisons the world over need to be held accountable for their actions .. especially in the dolphin prison in Russia but everywhere.. 😒

it happens in the US as well

it used to be a case of "the prisoner fell down the stairs"

and it probably still happens - or the guards set up a fellow prisoner to do the job for them

but yeah, premeditated murder.
