Nearly 3 years into the UK Post Office inquiry

And today sees the senior management and boardroom start to be re-questioned under oath.

One wonders just what they could say to redeem themselves especially now the inquiry has seen evidence previously deliberately withheld, proving meetings took place that show they were made aware not only of problems with the Horizon I.T system, but also how unsafe the Postmasters convictions were.

When these discrepancies started showing up soon after the Horizon system was introduced, suspicion should have immediately fallen on that system. Not on postmasters who had never had and shortfalls before. It seems to be a case of blaming those less able to defend themselves rather than a big company like Fujitsu.

@NortiusMaximus ......because somebody decided to invest an awful lot of public money in that specific system.

So the next question is whom and why.
