SCOTUS missing the OBVIOUS solution

1. Rule immediately that Trump has no immunity for any of the charges he faces.

2. Return the case immediately to the DC court.

3. Debate all you want about all the frivolous arguments you heard and postulated yourselves. Truly expedite any other frivolous objections the Apricot Antichrist and his not ready for prime time legal team have advanced.

EXACTLY! Stick to the charges he faces!!

In general, SCOTUS rules as narrowly as possible. If the current case doesn't involve presidents accepting bribes for ambassadorships, SCOTUS doesn't need to decide such a case ahead of time. The so called "textualists" are doing everything they can to pretend that in this case the text doesn't matter. SAD!!
