Was Weinstein treated unfairly at the trial?

Should lots of,other complaints that seem to establish a pattern of being complained about be allowed as evidence in court? I know that my former boss always brings a thick stack of complaints to the unemployment denial hearing - and always gets in trouble with the judge for showing them to her. You aren't supposed to include reams of innuendo. What do you think,?

well he clearly was guilty of rape in at least a couple of cases in LA for which he should be duly punished but I think there was a feeding frenzy mentality around the whole thing. in some complaints it was a case of reneging on a deal for fame and fortune. the casting couch thing.
