Nothing Screams Crime Problems More Than Seeing Razor Wire On Top Of A Brick Wall….

Saw this yesterday while drive home from Sam’s Club shopping. What caught my eye first was the plastic bags that were caught in the wire, some shredded by the wind. I told the boy I’d never seen rolled razor wire in this city anywhere till yesterday. That’s how bad things are getting here. Trying to keep people out of a business’s back lot.
