Should I sue my brother?

My dad left us a 2 family house which I wanted to rent out, he insisted on selling. I was left a million dollars in a trust which i wanted him to invest and he refused, now theres 175k left due to expenses. My brother has plenty of money from work and believes i should be on welfare. The whole thing isn't fair, should I sue?
