DC Disciplinary lawyers argued:
1. Tried to overturn the 2020 election with "no factual or legal basis“
2. undermined democracy through a frivolous federal lawsuit in Pennsylvania challenging the election results
“ I think the only issue here is whether the consequences of this misconduct were so unique, so severe, so grievous that they justify the sanction of disbarment, which I believe that they do,” said DC disciplinary counsel Phil Fox.
