Can someone who knows about Canadian law quickly say if suicide is legal there and sodium nitrite is legal, why was Kenneth Law arrested for selling

Assisted Suicide is legal, look up MAID but there are many rules about who gets help. For example they won't assist if it's determined that the person has Mental Health issues. Those people they leave to suffer.
