@Slade I remember that case when he was still on the loose. Drove through the cemetery once where most of the victims are buried. Not far from Newark Airport. He of course abandoned his car at JFK to throw off the investigators. He probably didn't even take a plane out of there.
@Slade List was not DB Cooper. List hid in plain sight about 2,000 miles from the killings. A neighbor even saw his picture in the National Enquirer, or one of those, and noticed the resemblance apparently years before he was caught.
