Security guard training

For the firm I work for we have a lot of training both practical and on the job.

The pass makr is only 45 out of 100, but most people get around 85 - 90.

The lowest they had was like 62 or something, if someone got 46 out of 100 would you say ok they passed or is that too low?

If the pass mark is 45 then 46 is a pass. You either have a rule or you make things up as you go. If you have a rule and someone abides by it then you can't criticize them with regard to the rule.

However you might want to consider if the rule is correct if most of the candidates get twice that score. You might also consider scrapping the test entirely!

Depends on the position just riding in a vehicle as a deterant detail ok sure but amed or potentially dealing with the public Absolutely not
