Should Dearie shut up or churn his fees?

Neither side wanted to pay him, one side thought he was appointed by a judge without jurisdiction in an effort to delay justice, and the other side doesnt trust him to delay, so, um, practically speaking, who's going to pay for Judge Dearie's statement that he's sitting on his hands waiting for an opportunity to bill.

I really do feel for the guy, but who pays for his time spent chasing more work?

He in a way was caught in the middle, and I wonder if addressing Judge Loose Canon’s obvious obstruction of justice for politically biased personal reasons being addressed legally would help him get his funds.
