Saw the footage of how the assassin was observing the security around him and a close footage of the actual shot.

Very tragic .

But what was the reason?

@iamelijah the motive is confusing rn, I don’t think the killer was of sound mind. He didn’t resist arrest and told the police everything after he did it.
