It sounds like a great day 13year old Abby Williams and 14year old Libby German went hiking on the Monon high bridge tail in Delphi Indiana February 13th 2017 . This is a small town nothing bad happens the crossed the Monan high bridge a high old railroad bridge Libby got a picture of the bridge and later a picture of her best friend Abby then after they crossed this man that was creepy enough for Libby to record video and sound known has bridge guy says guys down the hill .
