Semi serious question, why doesn't the US government encourage militias to join the fight for freedom in Ukraine?
I mean... Whatever the fvck happens, it's kind of all good news for the US establishment

a) it's not really expected of them
b) if everyone dies, the US will get bad press as a result
c) to my understanding, Ukraine's main disadvantage at this point is moreso machinery than men, and American militia members probably wouldn't have acceptable training compared to real militaries.
d) fear of escalating with Russia
e) anyone who suggested such an odd thing would be scared of looking silly if the idea is shot down too hard
