A lot of people keep taking my picture, a neighborhood watch? How to deal with this situation?

It gets scary but people randomly come up to me and take my picture. I believe it's a neighborhood watch and it frustrates me because a lot of ethnic people hang out on the "White Side" of the area? Its hard prove this but who can I talk to for assistance?

When neighborhoods start to diversify, property values go down and crime goes up.

People do not want their good neighborhoods ruined by outsiders.

@CestManan I understand that but im talking crossing right over the border from where I live and its been like this forever

I'm going to stay more on my side there are more cops on our side and it should be somewhat less of an issue
