Is hurricane Larry comes to the Outer Banks and forces us to cancel our vacation there next week, Can I sue?

If it hits the OBX, and they won’t let anyone on the bridge to get there, whom do I sue? We really want to go. We are going next Saturday.

Dude, this hurricane is way out near Africa.... why do you think it's going to make it all the way across the ocean and hit NC on the exact day you're there?
