My suggestion:
As per my conversation with Ms. Port’s, I am also requesting all email correspondence between myself and Ms. Brad (including emails sent by me).

I was always taught you cannot put ´between me and ms port’ as it would have to be changed to Ms Port and I

@Jenny1234 "...and I" is the nominative. "...and me" is accusative. For example, "I went shopping", "My husband and I went shopping." but "My friend came shopping with me", "My friend came shopping with my husband and me." The case doesn't change with the addition of another person.

@Sharon but would you say ‘my husband and me went shopping’? I wouldn’t

@Jenny1234 No, I would say "My husband and I went shopping", as in the example I gave.
