I Value Proper Grammar

There are times when grammar is really unimportant, but then you get times like this. The wording evokes an interesting visual.

I think online, most people don't really bother with grammar because they're responding to something. If writing stories then surely they would do so but I can see why for speed and achieving set goals words are just written and finalised with a full stop

@Peppa The thing is, Lily, some of them are no more careful when writing their stories than when responding to questions.

And....using good grammar and proper spelling has a practical purpose. It helps people know what they mean.

For instance...someone might ask would you use A cheap shampoo? And a responder might say, not for my hare. That might be exactly what they mean, or they probably mean hair, but they do get insulted if asked to define it.

@Serenitree I try not to let it bother me if I can't read it so well then I just move on.
I get the example but there are also lots of people abroad on here's who's first language isn't English...
I've seen text language here and no commas those I just ignore.

@Peppa Certainly. So do I.

This post was just meant to be fun. I wasn't meaning it as a challenge. I read it, and got this bizarre image of a woman going to a restaurant with her boyfriend under her dress. I felt like sharing a smile, but my point still stands; wording counts.

@Serenitree fair enough. :-) don't worry I wasn't getting heated or anything. Just notice a few people make this point when I think it's a little unfair but I still understand where your coming from. X
