@King According to wikipedia (Which may or may not be right), it translates to "New German Hardness". Its basically a genre of songs that both the bands Oomph! and Rammstein created.

I learnt it many years ago, unfortunately I have forgotten most of it, but I really like the way it sounds.

You can learn german at/on duolingo. Its free and stuff plus schools are using it as well. I began learning but stuff distracts me. Never got past the ich bin eine frau part...
