I Want to Learn Fluent German

So I recently came to Germany and while I love it here, I've had a bit of what I call stage fright and there for have become a little defeated. I sometimes feel left out because I feel like I'm not learning fast enough (although I've been here for less then a week) I just want someone to speak German with, firat through text. I joined a website and the people that messaged me either were hitting on me or weren't speaking German to me. Can someone please speak to me and help me learn!!
