Why would she be at the beach at 4 am who does that? ( I didn’t do it ) I’m in Brisbane , not Sydney

A lot of people like the serenity under the moon at the beach at 4am, I used to do the same on the upper Oregon coast decades ago. However I feel for her family and loved ones 😥
