Pretty disturbing our military claims they didn't notice it, and seems reluctant to shoot it down. How could they have missed it? (hint: they didn't). And if they shoot it down, there are concerns it might land on civilians? Ummm...it was over North Dakota with thousands of unhihabited square miles. WTF is going on?
