I used to have an accent but i lost it over the years

As someone with an accent i always wondered how other people feel about them or their experience having one. Maybe its just me but i always have it in the back of my head while speaking to someone. Im also wondering if imma lose it completely once i move for good. If that happened to u pls share ur experience.

@PhoenixPhail in general yeah, specifically, a North Carolina Piedmont accent. strangely, there are vast differences in accent depending on what part of the state you are from.

@NoGamesTolerated that’s just down the road. LOL. I’ve known plenty of people from there. Almost no difference between their accent and mine. Especially that crazy dude they call John Boy, I think he is from Graham or somewhere thereabouts.
