Me no speak Spanish at all!!!

Does anyone know if there is a way to block messages that aren't in English....It seems since the Orbix people have come on board most of them either choose not to speak English or don't know the language....And I have absolutely nothing against Hispanics in any way but I have absolutely no idea what the message is as I don't know speak Spanish at all....It makes no sense for me to get them because I can't understand what they're saying!!!

Most of the active users from iOrbix only speak Spanish, with a few exceptions. It was like that when iOrbix was alive, and it remains true here.

I assume that even if you have never joined the "iOrbix" group, you still get those posts on your homepage, because joining groups and selecting the things you like here, don't seem to have any measurable effect on the content you will see on your feed, which is unfortunate.

I also wish the "language preference" setting in the Home view had an actual effect, but it doesn't, so I don't know of any effective way of filtering them.

If it makes you feel any better, consider that most of them are probably even more confused than you are, as almost every post here is in English.

The only way someone could stop all iOrbix group posts from ever appearing on their homepage would be to mute the iOrbix group itself.

I mean you are correct you don't have to follow a group to see posts from it randomly appearing on your homepage but you can stop a specific group's posts from ever appearing there if you really wanted to.
