What are 2 or more words you get confused?

I know the difference between a fridge and a freezer very well, but I always gotta stop and think before using the right word.

It’s my first language but sometimes I’ll use some expressions I heard from my grandmother, who grew up speaking Yiddish. For instance, to “hot up” leftovers, instead of “heat up”.
