I can't find the a suitable title.

Looking at Arabic tutorials on any subject on YouTube can be hilarious sometimes.

This guy keeps saying "liars" but what he actually needs to say is "layers" 🤦‍♂️

Well even the course I'm currently taking, the lecturer has a few errors too. For some reason he pronounces the word "library" as "liberary" he says it fast, I don't think I can type what I mean. I caught him doing something similar with another word but I can't remember it right now.

Anyway I don't know why these things bother me sometimes, it's like a pet peeve of mine and I always have to point out any weird pronunciations or accents. With Arabic and English both.
Lol, as an English native, it makes me smile when I hear the odd word pronounced incorrectly.

One that I often see among the Dutch is that they forget the space in "Good morning" because there is no space in the Dutch word "Goedemorgen".
@HootyTheNightOwl Goedmorgen sounds like an insult 😅
@PiecingBabyFaceTogether It sounds harsher when it is said as opposed to written down. Even I haven't gotten my tongue around how to say it accurately yet.

It's really just pretty incredible people learn to speak other languages fluently/semi-fluently.

It can be hard sometimes when you can't decipher what they're saying, but it's dually interesting our lips and tongues learn to move a certain way, and produce certain sounds for a certain language/accent/dialect, and have difficulty adjusting to another.

I guess it's a motor skill like any other.
@caccoon It's a skill yup I agree. But maybe I'm just a perfectionist. If I don't know how to say a certain word I would rather check out the correct pronunciation than using it wrong and teach it to another person wrong.

Or maybe it's OCD 😅 but really I just like to do things correctly that's all and finding how to pronounce a word would take like 3 seconds.

@PiecingBabyFaceTogether Ooh! So sorry, somehow I missed that the videos were about the languages themselves 😊

But yeah, sometimes if I try to learn a language or copy an accent, I find it extremely difficult.
@caccoon They were not lol they are digital art tutorials. All the softwares are English so the guys must read stuff in English.
