How do you make a relationship work if language is the issue?

Is it possible for a relationship between people who speak diff languages to work? If so how?
I don't like the mentality of people here, and i prefer girls who live outside of the middle east, but language opposed that many times. I have issues while talking in english, and i feel the need to go to my native language between words and phrases; it's like i can't link them.

You both would have to decide which common language you would use for day to day interaction. If you both agree it’s English, then you’d have to make the effort to learn and practice it regularly.

Communication is very important in a relationship. You don’t want to hold yourself back from any discussion because you feel uncomfortable expressing yourself properly.

@CookieCrumbs yea that's the issue 😬 i don't know how to express myself properly in subjects I'm into. While i can know alot about it; it's still hard for me to find the right words. I'm trying my best. I decided to restart my life , and do what kids do. Learn from cartoons and movies

I have a friend who relocated to France to teach ESL courses. She met a guy who later became her bf. She had no choice. She brought herself to learn French fluently… she was living in France after all. It would help her immensely with her career as well.

The best way to learn a language is through a lover, they say! 🫢

Fast forward: She is now back in Canada. She learned French so well that she can now write proper French articles and can work as French-English translator. 🤩

Learning a new language will help you in many ways.

@CookieCrumbs i was about to ask if it's a good idea to learn through your lover. But i feel intimated in their presence and low self esteem wears me constantly when i know that I've to interact in english
@Hassan
What I meant was learn it properly (classes), then practice the language with your SO.
