Why do Muslims say they only fear God and not no human being

Does the Quran tell them why?

Muslims are not the only ones who fear only God. By the way, that word fear, when it comes to God, does not mean we're to be scared to death of Him. It means to show him deep respect, praise, honor and glory because He alone, deserves it. Jesus never came to condemn the world, but to save it. John 3:16, 17.
