I Am Muslim

As salamu alaykum and Ramadan Kareem, my brothers and sisters.

Indeed He is, some people just don't have the good sense to turn to Him. That's good, I hope these last couple of days will continue being good for you. That's true, Ramadan is not just fasting and praying, it's not just fixing yourself up (as if it is New Year's Day), it's not reading the Quran neither. It's about learning, about yourself and the Deen as well. Next is Eid, to me, when Eid comes around, people lose the fact that they just pleased Allah, and start to turn back and do stupid things. Yeah, it is. I am always nervous during the first couple days of Ramadan but the feelings leaves me quickly.

Allah swt is Oft-Forgiving but people will have to turn to Him for that. I'm doing fine food-wise. That is the easy part for me, but abstinence doesn't end there. There are more levels to consider. Every Ramadhan is a new learning experience again and study, prayer and worship will never be perfect. I'm loving this month at least as much as previous Ramadhans. Only one week left now. It's like we fly through it. I hope it's going nicely for you too.

Ameen. Our Allah uses this month to judge us well, those who don't fast (of course there are those that have exceptions) and don't pray this month, continue to joke around are acting like the losers, but Allah is All Forgiving. I hope this month is going well for you, cyan-eyed.

May our fasting and worship be accepted.

Sorry for reacting a bit late. I stayed away from here for a bit. It's good to hear that you're very aware of the true meanings of the holy month of Ramadhan.
I hope your eid was great.
May Allah accept good deeds, worship, and fast from you.
