My go-to reply now when people say "Inshallah"

Is to tell them I wasn't asking a religious question.

For context, most Muslims these days use the reply "Inshallah" (by the will of allah) to escape accountability and having to stick to appointments.

Which I hate.

It is such a bad cultural habit.

My life and time are valuable to me. I want definitive answers when I ask you about a future plan. You either commit to it or you do not and fuk off.

That's the reply you'd get in Bahrain if you asked the workers when some roadworks would be finished 🙄 At least workers were present though. In the UK they just close the road and then go on vacation for 6 months 🤔
