@rrraksamam welk tahts not what exactly fasting is.
Its a fast for not just ur stomach, but also ur ears, eyes, hands.
U do nothing bad with ur hands.
U eat nothing and get aware that god is all seeing.
U dont listen to something bad.
U dont view something evil.
We fast for God, to realize and be compassionate to the poor who don't have a choice like we do, they dont have fiod, that's what a fast actually is, to get aware of God.
However even though we fast for God, there are multiple scientific benefits to it to us too.

@MuslimBarbie I never do anything bad with my hands. I don't usually listen to anything bad. I don't view anything evil
If I fast for a month, I'll die. Best I can do is two days. With water. If I don't drink water every 3 hours, I'll die
