God is closer to you than your jugular vein [I Am Enjoying Being A Muslim]

I learned to never give up praying to God. It may not happen now, it may not happen next month, but it will happen when God knows is best for me. I can talk to God about anything. He is listening. I am not perfect but I am trying to be a better Muslim everyday. Today the soil is under me. Tomorrow the soil may be over me. I want to turn to God before I return to Him.

[Quran 2:286]
God does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear
O God, allow happiness to surround us, make us forget what made us cry and what made us sad. Ameen!

I pray for you to really find the one true God.When you search He usually shows up.
@Butterflykisses24 He absolutely does.
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@Butterflykisses24 I believe I found Him.
@Madeleine How do you know? What do you think it takes to have a relationship with God?
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@LadyGrace I know because the Quran is a book that could never ever be written by a human being.
@Madeleine We do differ in that respect. The Qur'an was first compiled into a book format by Zayd ibn Thabit and other scribes under the first caliph Abu Bakr Siddiq and then recompiled at the time of the third caliph Uthman ibn Affan for standardization as the Islamic Empire had extended to far-flung areas resulting in differing recitations of the Qur'an.

It's for sure, that Jesus loves us all. All the same. Since Jesus died for each individual, it's not about religions of the world. It's about our own personal decision to believe or not. Religion or not, Jesus didn't die for religions. He died for every individual on this earth. We couldn't pay for our own sins, so Jesus had to step in and do it for us, and what a loving, pure sacrifice that was. Jesus himself taught, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man can come to the Father in heaven, but by Me." John 14:6 And this was a time when there were no bibles. The Bible was given by God, just as a last will and testament is given when we die. It was Jesus' last letter of love to mankind. His Last Will and Testament, so that we could know, and not have to guess, how to have eternal life in heaven, as He is not willing that any should perish. God, himself, appointed Jesus to be our Savior. As told in John 3:16.

@LadyGrace Have you studied the Quran?
@Madeleine Yes ma'am. I have not read it all, but some of it. I see the differences between the Quran and the Bible, but I'm reminded it's not about our individual books, but our relationship with Christ. ❤️🤗
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@LadyGrace It's about the Truth.
@Madeleine Yes. The truth sets one free.
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@LadyGrace May we both find it.
@Madeleine On July 21, 1973, I gave my heart and commitment to Jesus. He even saved my daughter from dying.
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@LadyGrace I'm glad that your daughter was saved. But she was saved by her Creator. Jesus is a creation of God.
@Madeleine God and Jesus are the same. That is, both are God. It is in His Word, so people would have that knowledge. God is a trinity. Made up of God the Father, God the Son, and God, the Holy Spirit. Are you familiar with John 3:16? It reads, For God (the Father) so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son (Jesus), that whosoever (anyone) that believes in Him ((Jesus) shall have everlasting life (in heaven). That means we never have to earn our way to heaven. Jesus accepts us as soon as we come to Him for forgiveness of our sins. When the bible says they are ONE, it means they always operate together. Never separate. The confer with each other always.

Madeleine · 41-45, F
@LadyGrace The Quran made it clear that God (The Creator) is not Jesus. Jesus, son of Mary, was a human being.
@Madeleine God is far greater than anything we see around us, and the Bible reminds us that He is “the high and lofty One … who lives forever, whose name is holy” (Isaiah 57:15). One reason we have difficulty understanding this is because even time itself was created by God. Before time began, God already existed. He was not created. He created the heaven and earth. Everything. He has always existed. All three. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. That is hard for mere man to understand because he does not have the mind of God. The Bible says that He has always existed: " . . . even from everlasting to everlasting, you are God" ( Psalm 90:2 ); and, "Your throne is established from of old; you are from everlasting" ( Psalm 93:2 ).
@Madeleine Yes ma'am, that is true, but it is also true according to John 3:16, that Jesus was in heaven with God first, and then, because of the fall of man into sin (Adam and Eve), which separated them from God their Father, Jesus was sent by God the Father to become born, so He could preach the Word and tell people how to be saved, and have their sins forgiven, so they would no longer be separated from God by their sins.
@Madeleine Over 500 people witnessed Jesus's death and resurrection. They saw Him ascend to His Father in heaven. His disciples even wrote about it and they would have never done that if it was a lie, because it would mean their very lives back then, but they loved Jesus so much they were willing to risk sacrificing their lives for Him.
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@LadyGrace There's no real evidence that Jesus himself was crucified. The Quran says that he was not crucified. So I believe this is the Truth.
@Madeleine Not even after 500 people witnessed it? And his disciples wrote about it? That is eyewitness testimony.

@Madeleine I have prayed for you.May the God of Abraham,Issac and Jacob come to you in dreams.May the truth be undeniable because you get personally spoken to your heart.
@Butterflykisses24 What a beautiful prayer.
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@Butterflykisses24 I'm praying for you and for us all as well. May God guide us all to the right path to gain His pleasure and may He shower us all with His mercy and bring us all together in Paradise. Amen!
