I Am Enjoying Being A Muslim

As long as we are pure of hearts, we speak the truth.

Every utterance that comes forth does so with the vestment of the heart from which it emerged. When my heart became constricted and my paths became narrow, I took my hope in God's pardon and forgiveness as an opening and an escape. My sins seemed very great to me, but when I compared them to God's forgiveness, I found His forgiveness to be greater.

[big]The death of the self lies in the life of the heart.[/big]
The only One who can truly satisfy the human heart is the One who made it.

O Turner of the hearts, make my heart firm on Your religion. Amen!

If if if if then hope but no guarantee because allah is fickle and may change his mind. Some religion that is.

On the other hand you could simply accept Jesus Christ as your Saviour and Lord asking His forgiveness and have the ASSURANCE of eternal life.
Madeleine · 41-45, F
Thank you for your advice. But I am following Jesus Christ's way. According to the Bible, he himself asked Allah's forgiveness.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
Bwahahahahahaha You obviously never read the Bible. In fact the name of allah in the Bible is satan to whom Jesus said, "Get behind me"
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@hippyjoe1955: I am surprised by your reply. Allah is the name of God in the Aramaic and The Arabic Bible, and both are way older than the English Bible.

Even Jesus' name is Eesho in Aramaic. So in his second coming, if you call him by Jesus he won't respond to you, beacuse he won't recognize this name. He spoke and preached in Aramaic.

It seems that you are the one who never read the Bible, because Trinity is never mentioned there. What guarantee of salvation do you have if the essence of your belief is never mentioned in your holy book.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
allah is a generic term which can be applied to anything people worship. Money can be their allah. Cars can be their allah. The moon could be their allah. The allah described by the Qur'an matches the description of satan in the Bible. You see the God of Abraham was not known as allah. His name is Yahweh. Ishmael got kicked out of the family home too soon to learn this.
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@hippyjoe1955: The word you meant is not Allah, but ilah in Arabic (elahh in Aramaic, and Elohim in Hebrew), which means god in English. So yes, ilah can be anything people worship. Money can be their ilah (god), cars can be their god, the moon can be their god. It can also be turned into feminine, goddess.

While Allah is the name of God (the Creator). It's a unique name. It's the same as Elaha' in Aramaic, and Alaha in Syriac. Yahweh, however, is Hebrew.. and neither Abraham nor Jesus spoke Hebrew.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
The name is Yahweh not God. God is a generic term no matter what language you speak. I have a cat its name is Scruffy. I do not call my cat Cat. The god who created everything is not named God. His name is Yahweh. And just like Scruffy the name Yahweh has meaning beyond the term God.
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@hippyjoe1955: Yes, I know, and this is exactly what I said.

God is generic term:
God in English.
Ilah in Arabic.
Elahh in Aramaic.
Elohim in Hebrew.

Allah is the name of our Lord (the Creator):
Allah in Arabic.
Elaha in Aramaic.
Alaha in Syriac.
Yahweh in Hebrew.

Jesus spoke Aramaic, not Hebrew. So he never used the name Yahweh.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
Jesus spoke several languages the point is that the Jews consider the name Yahweh to be so sacred they don't say it. Please do some research and get back to me. You have missed it the facts by a country mile. Let me put it this way IF you understand the name Yahweh you understand why. Your allah can't even exist if the qur'an is to be believed.
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@hippyjoe1955: I did my research and I always look for the truth.

- Jesus never used the name Yahweh, but Elaha.
- Jesus' mother named him Eesho, not Jesus.
- The term Christ is also unknown to Jesus (Eesho), he's the M'sheekha (Messiah).
- The name Allah is used by Arab Christians, it's in the Arabic Bible, which is much older than the English Bible. If you claim that Allah doesn't exist, does it mean that Arab Christians are worshiping a false god?

In addition:
If you read the English translation of Song of Songs 5:16 it finishes the description by saying:
"He is altogether lovely"
but the truth is the name of that man was given in the original megilot. The name written in ancient Hebrew as it appears in verse sixteen: מחמד . It is read as : "Mahammad".

Hebrew:
חִכּוֹ, מַמְתַקִּים, וְכֻלּוֹ, מַחֲמַדִּים; זֶה דוֹדִי וְזֶה רֵעִי, בְּנוֹת יְרוּשָׁלִָם.
English:
His mouth is most sweet; yea, he is ALTOGETHER LOVELY. This is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem.
There is a plural used together with this Hebrew word, with the plural it’s pronounced “Mahamadd-im”. The ending letters 'im' is a plural of respect, majesty and grandeur for God’s prophet, just as in the word Eloh-im.

According to Ben Yehuda's Hebrew-English Dictionary, it is correctly pronounced as "Mahammad".

If you don't believe me, go this link:
http://forvo.com/word/%D7%9E%D7%97%D7%9E%D7%93/

And click on Pronunciation button and hear how the name מחמד is pronounce by native Hebrew speakers, and then see the translation in English (on the right). You will see that מחמד is translated as "Muhammad".

This is only one verse of many that prophecies the coming of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in the Bible.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
Yawn..... You done babbling yet? Therefore my people will know my name; therefore in that day they will know that it is I who foretold it. Yes, it is I."

Since the name has not been revealed to you you remain in the dark. But carry on you only prove you are clueless.
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@hippyjoe1955: You just proved to me that you don't have answers to any of my points. I just don't understand how can someone be this arrogant to admit the truth. You can deny the facts.. but there's one fact that no one can deny, and that is we all will die, eventually, and we will return to our Lord, and He is going to judge us regarding what's in our hearts.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
I answered all your questions you are just too in the dark to recognize the TRUTH. So sad you lose.
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@hippyjoe1955: This was your answer? I don't think so sir.
I just told you that Allah is the name of our Creator in the Bible, and the Prophet Muhammad himself was mentioned in the Bible.. and you tell me that I am the one who is in the dark?
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
Please I am trying to explain the colours of the rainbow to you who was born blind. You can't understand it. You will never get it. It is completely impossible for you. Give up and go away unless you want to open your eyes and see the rainbow.
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@hippyjoe1955: Yes, it's true. I can't understand the nonsense you are preaching.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
Of course you are blind and don't know it. Do you want to open your eyes or not?
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@hippyjoe1955: If you want to open my eyes, answer my points sir.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
Not until you open your eyes. I can't explain colours to someone who has never seen colour.
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@hippyjoe1955: If you are able to give me proper answers to my questions, and give me a better way than Islam, I will leave Islam and accept your way.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
First of all I can't give you anything. You have to ask for it yourself and the Grace of Yahweh will see you through. All I can do is point the way.
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@hippyjoe1955: Respectfully, you can't give me anything because you have nothing (no answer). I gave you solid proofs that the prophet Muhammad was mentioned and prophesied about in the Bible. If you can't prove otherwise, means that what I said is the truth, and for you by denying the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), you are going against your own book. What you are preaching is nothing but wishful thinking that has no bases.

You just confirmed to me that Islam (submitting oneself to Allah, the Creator) is the Truth.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
You gave a bunch of uninformed gibberish. Now do you want to go exploring or do just want to be silly? Right now you are just being silly.
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@hippyjoe1955: I gave you information with references from the Bible. What more do you want? I think before you start exploring sir, you just got exposed.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
Well let's put it this way you picked random verses out of the Bible completely out of context to support a position that is completely non Biblical. That is to be expected from a muslim who follows satan. After all satan misquoted the Bible when he was tempting Jesus. Now do you want to move forward or are you going to simply be silly.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
Let me explain proper exegesis/hermeneutics of the Bible. We Christians interpret the Bible in light of the Revelation of Jesus Christ, as led by the Holy Spirit in the the tradition of the Church. None of the Biblical verses you quoted in the context of the way you used them line up with that standard.
