None of that helped the victims of the Manchester bomber, be they Christians, Muslims or any other religious persuasion.
And the bloke who did it was blindly religious and thought he was going to paradise to be surrounded by virgins.
I didn’t see much compassion for human beings there.
I’m sorry, but the vast amount of atrocities committed against innocent people are done in the name of Allah. And the people who plan and do these things are taking Islam back to the Stone Age.
My own view is that people can worship whatever they want as long as it makes them a happy and decent person, not someone that builds nail bombs or flies planes into buildings indiscriminately. Nor denies other human beings their freedom and civil rights.

No idea @Madeleine, it just always seems to be associated with this religion.
I can’t remember anything in modern times of a Christian running around carrying a machete and looking to decapitate innocent strangers while yelling the virtues of their God, or depriving women of any say in society, or imprisoning foreign people on false charges.
This stuff only happens in clerically run Islamic countries, even though the rest of the world learned that particular important lesson many many years ago. It’s called being humane and compassionate towards other human beings and the world around us. There are no other religious leaders that behave in this way other than those following Islam.
I’m sorry, but these are facts, and what you’re going to be faced with when you preach the virtues of this religion I’m afraid.
The sad thing is that without balanced education, masses of people will believe every word said to them. Again, balanced education happened elsewhere many years ago.
