@badassgent What is the core message of Islam?
badassgent · 46-50, M
@Madeleine Which one? Muhammed's islam when he was alive? or Muawiyah's islam right after Muhammed died?
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@badassgent The message of the Quran.
badassgent · 46-50, M
@Madeleine Muhammed did not write Quran, but Muawiyah did.. muhammed even restricted it being written.. but still it is written after he is dead, by muawiyah, who killed all the blood breed coming from muhammed.. so.. question is: can we trust Muawiyah?
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@badassgent What is the core message of the Quran that was revealed to Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him?
badassgent · 46-50, M
@Madeleine no you answer first. Quran is written by the man who killed every grandson of muhammed, do you trust him?
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@badassgent I asked first. I'm going to answer your question after you answer mine. I'm not here to debate, but to discuss.
badassgent · 46-50, M
@Madeleine Well that was "read".
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@badassgent The core message of the Quran is declaring the Oneness of God, The Creator (Allah).

[Quran 112]
Say, ‘He is God the One, God the eternal. He begot no one nor was He begotten. No one is comparable to Him.’
badassgent · 46-50, M
@Madeleine oh yeah of course.. the core message is NOT inviting people to goodness or betterness but INSTEAD, god.. god.. goodd... his rules.. his punishments, he is the one, no one else.. bla bla blaaa.. that is EXACTLY what Muawiyah wanted you to think.
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@badassgent When you follow God's guidance, you will become a good person.
badassgent · 46-50, M
@Madeleine yes just like ISIS are all good people right? NO. There are different interpretations of "god's guidance" and yours is the worst one: mighty god! and his rules!

@badassgent [Quran 25:63-77]
The slaves of the Master of Mercy are those who walk humbly on the earth, and who, when the foolish address them, reply, ‘Peace’;

those who spend the night bowed down or standing, worshipping their Master, who plead, ‘Our Master, turn away from us the suffering of Hell, for it is a dreadful torment to suffer! It is an evil home, a foul resting place!’

They are those who are neither wasteful nor niggardly when they spend, but keep to a just balance;

those who never invoke any other deity beside God, nor take a life, which God has made sacred, except in the pursuit of justice, nor commit adultery. (Whoever does these things will face the penalties: their torment will be doubled on the Day of Resurrection, and they will remain in torment, disgraced, except those who repent, believe, and do good deeds: God will change the evil deeds of such people into good ones. He is most forgiving, most merciful. People who repent and do good deeds truly return to God.)

[The slaves of the Master of Mercy are] those who do not give false testimony, and who, when they see some frivolity, pass by with dignity;

who, when reminded of their Master’s signs, do not turn a deaf ear and a blind eye to them;

those who pray, ‘Our Master, give us joy in our spouses and offspring. Make us good examples to those who are aware of You’.

These slaves will be rewarded with the highest place in Paradise for their steadfastness. There they will be met with greetings and peace. There they will stay– a happy home and resting place!

[Prophet, tell the disbelievers], ‘What are you to my Master without your supplication? But since you have written off the truth as lies, the inevitable will happen.’
badassgent · 46-50, M
@Madeleine tell me, has quran ever been changed?
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@badassgent No. Never.

[Quran 2:2-5]
This is the Scripture in which there is no doubt, containing guidance for those who are mindful of God, who believe in the unseen keep up the prayer, and give out of what We have provided for them; those who believe in the revelation sent down to you [Muhammad], and in what was sent before you, those who have firm faith in the Hereafter. Such people are following their Master’s guidance and it is they who will prosper.
@Madeleine well, it has been down to earth in 23 years.. TWENTY THREE!! 11 years in one city, 12 years in another city. for example whenever there has been a social conflict, they took it to muhammed, who had the phone line to god apperantly, and then he told them "let me ask this to god", went to a quiet place, and then some time later he came back saying "I asked to god and he told me this and that".. now this is your quran, just a good man trying to bring peace and some mind to stupid savage arabs by scaring them using celestial subjects which they can not comprehend.. there are verses that totally omits itself, in one city different, in another city different.. it is full of beautiful stuff about being a good person, and it is full of nonsense which should have stayed in the desert 1500 years ago..
Madeleine · 41-45, F
@badassgent I don't see your point.
