But when Jesus felt [persistence in] disbelief from them, he said, "Who are my supporters for [the cause of] Allah ?" The disciples said," We are supporters for Allah . We have believed in Allah and testify that we are Muslims [submitting to Him]. Our Lord, we have believed in what You revealed and have followed the messenger Jesus, so register us among the witnesses [to truth]." And the disbelievers planned, but Allah planned. And Allah is the best of planners. [Mention] when Allah said, "O Jesus, indeed I will take you and raise you to Myself and purify you from those who disbelieve and make those who follow you [in submission to Allah alone] superior to those who disbelieve until the Day of Resurrection. Then to Me is your return, and I will judge between you concerning that in which you used to differ.[/quote]

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:

The Quran/Koran claims to be a revelation but in fact only copies scripture from the Tanakh and the New Testament and poorly at that. I don’t see the witness of Mohammed sealed by Holy Blood.

@Pfuzylogic Utterly and absolutely true. Curiously, the Koran and the Book of Mormon have some startling similarities, such as, both Mohammed and Joseph Smith were supposedly illiterates who were able to record God's word through the intervention of the Archangel Gabriel, who I guess did this sort of thing as a sort of hobby. helping Mohammed translate the word of God into the idiomatic Arabic of the Hejaz and Smith into a tortured version of the English used in the King James Bible.

@Abrienda I read and study the Quran on daily basis. But I'm not sure if you, yourself, read the Bible.

The Bible says that women were given pregnancy as a punishment for seducing man to eat from the tree. While the Quran uplifted the woman and made her pregnancy a mean to enter Paradise. Women's menstrual cycle in the Quran is described as a pain for women, and also considered as unclean period of time for women, that's why we cannot touch the Quran or perform daily prayers. In order for us to practice those acts of worship, we need to perform ablution, so even a man who did not cleans himself cannot touch the Quran or perform prayers. This by no means indicate that women are unworthy. We still can recite the Quran and supplicate to God during our menstrual cycle. Tell me about women's worth in the Bible please.

There's no adoption in Islam. If you read the Quran, you would have known.

I may not agree with the punishment, but where does the Bible say that homosexuality is allowed?

I'm not here to attack anyone. I apologize if you felt offended. But this group is to share Muslims beliefs. I'd never go to a Christian group to attack their beliefs. Even if we disagree, I respect your freedom to choose your path.

The Koran/Quran never corrects the Tenakh a scripture that was purified by sacrifice on the Day of Atonement for the nation of Israel.

Ishmael was not the child of promise.
Isaac was from his wife.
Ishmael was born out of a maidservent when Abram lost Faith.

I am normally kinder in responses but when you put Mohamed above Jesus there will be an unresolved conflict.
