It's a fool who pays a dollar for a penny. You say the world is like a shadow and can't be caught, but it is real - you can touch it and feel it. The next world is a promise; and experience has taught me that promises are empty without action. Paradise is a gift you give to your children, not something that can be bought in the next life through suffering in this one.
You know what you can touch, what you can feel, what you can hear. Everything else is just noise. Be good, be kind, and demand kindness from others in return. If there is a God and he is good, he will show mercy upon you; if there is a God and he is not good, he is not worthy of your worship anyway. If there is no God, then there is no paradise, and it is the responsibility of all of us to create it here on Earth ourselves.

@chrissykisses Thank you and I appreciate your thoughts. Who said that we should suffer in this life to be happy in the next? I used to think that this world would give me happiness, but then I realized that no matter how happy I am, this happiness is temporary. Paradise can never be created on this earth while it suffers pain and injustice. When I set my goal for the next life, I found the inner peace that I've been longing for my whole life. Living my life the way God commanded me and guided me to do made me happier than I've ever been. I feel free and I live for higher purpose than just wake up, work, eat, sleep and then wake up again. There's a consequence and a reward for every action I make. If you think you will find true happiness in this world, you are in the wrong place.

We think we are better than nature which is just pure arrogance and ignorance

@Sueisright I don't believe that Humans are better than nature, but we have been given qualities other creatures don't have. It's true that we have done terrible things on earth and to each other. That's why God sent revelations, it's to guide us to the right way of living. Plus, this is also the reason why there's The Day of Judgement, it's to enforce justice.
