If you see one of these, PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! It looks like a big red and black ant but is actually a wingless female wasp called a Velvet Cowkiller Ant. It has a sting that's far worse than any regular, wasp, bee, or even hornet. --- I'm from Belgium, but this was a message I shared on facebook that no-one commented, or even added a 😲 reaction to, so I' sharing it here. I THINK this bug lives -somewhere- in America. I don't know about Europe, let alone other continents though.
