Ouch! Gawdamn it

I got stung 6 times, maybe 7 just a little bit ago after stumbling across a yellow jacket nest. I ran like mad, was falling down, might have lost my glasses, I'm not sure, I have to go back and.look for them but I'm just not ready to go anywhere near that spot. Two of them chased me all the way back to the yurt, stinginge over and over. Phuq!!! And I don't even want the firewood I was throwing out of the brush to the truck. Not sure I want to get the truck even. I took antihistamine and ibuprofen. That phuqer Schmidt with his list of most powerful stings says the pain only lasts 10 minutes. I'm still hurting like mad and it's been a half hour. Jeezuz phuqing grandpa! It hurts. At least I had already finished cutting there and brought the saw home. Wonder why I didn't get nailed when I was bucking up the firewood.

I can empathize with your experience. I was on hands and knees weeding last year beneath some bushes and encountered a nest. I was stung 20 to 30 times before I could get out of there and the pain was excruciating for a couple of hours. I had dull pain around the sting sites for about three days afterward. Fortunately I am not allergic and I am outside most days so I end up getting stung by something once or twice a year, but that was the worst I have encountered.
