What is with all those VPNs advertising for the last couple of years at least ?

VPNs are very popular because you can circumvent regions and remain "invisible which is hogwash ...like any app they see all your data,so can your ISP and of course the goverment

@bookerdana yeah I assumed from the getgo it didn’t make me invisible, that’s silly nothing can. But I was able to get through region blocks

@bookerdana They can see it but they do not know what it means as long as you stay away from websites that can't be trusted

[@MartinTheFirstDeoends on who you trust ISP or the VPN? The VPNS may claim they don't keep logs but many have gone to jail using one...how?

@bookerdana Logs over encrypted data isn't all that useful. It can only track which websites you visit.
