I know A LOT of people like that 😅 I'm always like "nah don't apologize" & then they say "oh sorry" so I'm just like goddammit quit 🤣
I kinda just assume that those types of people probably grew up being made to feel like everything was their fault or like they were just a burden at home. So it's hard to break that habit of blaming yourself for everything. I don't really know but just something I think about
