what can you do if you got old so fast

i am sure that i have prematurely aged in the face, i'm bald too...i'd rather not be bald, i just feel i have the face of a person old before my time....i can't afford any cosmetic surgery at this point....any advice?

also i'm now 44 years old

Eat healthy, spend time outdoors in the fresh air.
It may not make you into Prince Charming but just being healthy can make a big difference. Your skin will take on a healthy glow.
Bald is no big deal nowadays. A lot of guys go in for the bald look.
