I Met Someone Online Who Is Important to Me

Through my 20-some years of BBSing and on the Internet, I have meet hundred of people that I have talked with online face to face. I have met some folks that I didn't get along with online in person. But their have been a few people that I just have this strange thing of not wanting to meet face-to-face that I have loved talking with online.

I have met someone online who has become important to me. I have come to value their friendship very much. Meeting in real life? That sounds scary somehow, like it might change the relationship in some way.

I know exactly how you feel! Just a strange thing, that it may ruin the relationship, or something else. It is scary. That's why I don't think I want to.

Meeting online friends in a real life is kinda scary to me. Online friends were supposed to stay friends online...only...

It takes a risk to meet someone face-to-face that you've talked with online-isn't life a risk though?
