I remember watching in the 80s/early 90s a program on CityTV/Muchmusic called City Limits. It was mostly short entourage of people walking into a camera booth sharing a video of what they needed to say. Could be as banal as almost nothing, a sexual night in story, an opinion, a political piece, or just a wish. I miss that kind of culture.
So here's a video I found promoting it.... sadly it doesn't share any of the stories and for all of the things you can find on youtube now, you still can't find those short stories. Corporate bought the station out, and likely worried about legal aspects and branding, and it was gone... poof.
