I Remember Life Before the Internet

Haha. I remember as a teenager cruising in my friend's 1965 Impala and having him tell me "Quick, roll up the windows so those chicks think we have air conditioning" when we saw some girls sitting in front of the burger joint.

My mom had a car in the 90s with black leather on the outside of the seats...fabric in the middle. Did you wear shorts on a hot summer day, you'd have to watch your thighs! ..I don't know if you talked about seats actually, I was just guessing.

MartinTheFirst, we didn't fool those girls lol. Probably the rivers of sweat running down our faces caused by sitting in a car with the windows closed in the middle of the summer gave us away.
