They have special glasses that filter out the blue light in screens which usually causes those problems.

@Reject Much of the time, there's a setting on the monitor, itself, which can take care of that.

There is an app called "f.lux" which will let you make color changes. I highly recommend it.

go for walks outside not going to cure eye problems but using eyes for various distances is an exercise for your eyes as well
