Is Yahoo down today ? [I Love Internet]

I'm trying to log into my email but it's not letting me log in it saying " we can't compete your request at this time " I'm expecting an important email today or tomorrow. I don't like using the Yahoo Mail app. Is Yahoo down right now when will it be fixed ?
