I can't get access to my email linked to my fb account so want to attach another

Yet attaching another email requires having a code sent to the email I don't have access to. What can I do?

@496sbc going to have to make another FB account >.> Which is fine because my dating profile has been deactivated for a year without explanation. Hopefully that deactivation won't carry onto the new account, they ask for ID
